Intervention d’Agnès ARCIER au colloque du 8 mars 2016 organisé par l’OCDE, sur Femmes et leadership – secteur privé et secteur public
We are pleased to invite you to join the OECD Secretary-General Angel Gurría on International Women’s Day to welcome senior decision-makers from the public and corporate worlds, experts, and other stakeholders to consider policy approaches to closing leadership gender gaps in the public and corporate sectors. How can we improve women’s access to leadership? What are the examples of good practices? What are the challenges to inclusion?
Moving beyond the quota debate, the event will foster a policy dialogue to identify the risks, opportunities and necessary conditions of different policy choices for closing gender gaps in public institutions and companies as well as their impact on broader social and economic outcomes. This event will also launch the OECD Recommendation of the Council on Gender Equality in Public Life and support the implementation of the G20/OECD Principles of Corporate Governance.
Following the conference, we are also pleased to invite you to celebrate with us the International Women’s Day at a reception in Georges Marshall (organised jointly with the Canadian delegation).
